Refund and Returns Policy

At The Goods Hub (TGH), customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the custom-made nature of our packaging products, please review our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.


Custom Orders

All products are custom-designed and produced specifically for each customer. For this reason:

  • Returns are not accepted once production has started.
  • Refunds are not available for approved custom orders.

Order Approval Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs, dimensions, colors, and content before production.
  • The Goods Hub is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Products

Refunds or replacements may be considered if:

  • Products arrive damaged
  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • The error was caused by The Goods Hub

Conditions:

  • Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided.
  • Products must be unused and in original condition.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an order that does not match the approved specifications due to our mistake, we will:

  • Reprint the order, or
  • Offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

  • The Goods Hub is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is caused by us.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only before production begins.
  • Once production starts, cancellations are not permitted.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Policy Updates

The Goods Hub reserves the right to update this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
